- Ban your phone from the bedroom.
- Take a warm bath before bed.
- Dim lights after dinner.
- Declutter the bedroom.
- Shun evening caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and food.
- Have a calming routine before bedtime (e.g., reading, meditating).
